Default Smart Lunch decisions!

I was halfway through eating my 'lunch' (I actually eat a little bit all day long, but it was near noon and I was eating my largest -- and hot -- portion) when the HR Tech called and asked if I'd run a favor. Apparently, they had to order lunch out for a visiting cunsultant for a meeting, and she wanted me to place the order and pick it up at St. Louis Bread Company (nationally called Panera Bread). And she told me to get whatever I'd like for lunch, as well.

Here's the good part!!
I ordered a 'choose two' with 1/2 a low-fat soup and 1/2 a salad (dressing on the side) with a multi-grain bagette on the side. And when I got back here to my office, I put the soup, salad, and bread into the fridge. For tomorrow's lunch!!

So not only did I not eat 2 lunches (I've done that before, eaten in my office and then gone out when I was invited), but I ordered food that was GOOD for me!!

Not only is that a good choice, but their multi-grain baguette rocks!
