Default Trying to catch up

Hello,
It was a very busy week for me in my new position at work. I feel like I have information overload! I survived the first week and felt like I had a better sense of what to do than I did on Monday, so I'm declaring it a success.

I didn't have success on the scales. I wasn't surprised, anytime that I feel under stress I show a gain. I can do that even if I don't overeat; just being stressed makes me gain. I'm going to work this week on just going with the flow and also logging my food and see where that takes me on the scale.

I just want to check in. Hope to be able to get here a few times this coming week.

Susie

Smile Susie, Good to Hear from you

Glad to hear that things are getting less stressful. Hope it continues. Good idea about logging your food. I can't lose anything unless I do that. But it takes such discipline!!

I'm feeling pretty good about my week and weekend. Have exercised at least 50 minutes every day this week. According to "fitday" I have burned about 400 calories more than I ate this week, so hopefully it will show up on the scales tomorrow.

Have a great week.
