How is everyone today! It is snowing here but not sticking yet. Hope it does! I love it! Started off the new month with a bang! Got DD off to school and did a hard 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer after breakfast. I am still feeling it in my legs ! It will be a great month! Let's make it the best yet!!!
Phyllis~ I went to curves a few years ago and loved it. I quit because I didn't have a babysitter this far from town. I think you will enjoy it! Do try it out and see.

Thanks Donna I think I will give it a try. Lots of ladies from my condo go and they are older than me and seem to enjoy it.

I see where Washington is getting some snow.....my sister that lives in Seattle is in Mexico!!! She'll miss seeing it....ha ha.

Donna, it snowed here too. It was weird because it was warm at the same time. Then the next day it was ice cold and windy. I am ready for some real snow.

I didn't hit my goal of being in the 140's by DEC. 1 I was 9 ounces away!!! GRRRR!

Oh well I am anticipating a higher WI because that is normal for me to be down and then up by SUN. I will try hard to STS where I am at now though.
