Had a quite nice trip to Ft. Lauderdale and the 2 night cruise to Nassau was just really relaxing and we upgraded to a balcony cabin so we spent a lot of time just sitting out there. And even came out a few dollars ahead from the Casinos.

I am up on the scales today but I will offically WI on Sunday to have a new starting weight.

Well the parties are starting and we are only picking a couple to attend this year, well actually 4 if you count New Years....that is enough in one month don't you think?

Someone who would like to do a Jan. challenge get ready.....I'm sure going to need one!!!!

Glad you are back safe and sound. Sounds like you had lots of fun out there! I wish I was going on a cruise. This new house has taken a lot out of us. Hopefully we can vacation sometime soon.

I am need of a January challenge too. I am slowly but surly moving in the right direction and wish WI was tomorrow morning. I'm having good vibes and think I will be down. I am already down to 151. But I am always down on Tues and Wed. by thurs and Fri I am going back up. Hopefully this week will be different and I will continue to go down and I can meet my Nov1 goal and be in the 140's!! I am hoping for 149.

So thats my diet update. I try every day to do good, but I tend to eat something that I know I shouldn't.

Phyllis, you have a lot of parties to go to! Just watch out for alcoholic drinks, they are loaded with surgars and stuff that make you gain wieght.

Everyone else, where ya been? Its been so quiet here lately.

Hi everyone,

It has been so slow around here that I have been focusing more on posting at the JC site. We are doing another challenge over there.

Anyway, I am happy to report that I managed not to gain over Thanksgiving!!! I STS. I am also happy to report that I did a scale peek today and I am down 2 pounds!!!! It really was a total surprise!! But, I am like Dani...I tend to be down on Wed during the week then back up on Sundays so we will see....I am trying my hardest!!!

Dani -- I love your picture -- you are so cute!

Laurie -- Nice to see you . Are things calmer now? How is your weight?

Thanks guys, glad to see you all back and posting. For the Thanksgiving weekend it was soo slow. Laurie how is your son doing? I hope things are going better for you and him.

Dan is gone to the coast for a job overnight. I think I will give myself a pedicure tonight and pamper my feet. I hate sitting here alone when all the kids are in bed. You would think I would savor the quiet Hmm. I have family coming for Christmas so we have been busy trying to get stuff done around here. Finish all the remodel projects we've started There are lots of them! LOL

Welcome back Phillis, glad you had a great time...I am jealous though it sounds so relaxing!!!

Maybe what we need to do ladies is change the WI date to wednesdays to fool our bodies into loosing! I am usually down on Wednesday and crawl back up on the weekends!! At least we could move a little more!

I am up for a January challenge - count me in!!! I need to get motivated.
