Default Everyone Weigh In 11/25/05

Well, we passed the first of the major holiday's, let's report on how we did! Whether congratulations or support is needed, we're all in this together. Everyone is welcome to join. Just report in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.

Me: 204, up 2 pounds from last week. I'm a little disapointed, of course, but not really surprised. A combination of not sticking to my diet very well this week, plus a visit from my monthly, gave me an idea that this might not be that good of a week for me. But that's okay, I'm not about the weekly weigh in, but rather the big, big picture. I'm doing alot better now than when I started, and I know that I will have good weeks ahead to counter the occasional bad one.

207.8, down 2 pounds from last week - very thankful considering the holiday and not having time to exercise hardly at all this week. I'm hoping to keep the trend going.

I am actually up 4 lbs from last week! Ugh. I caved. Hopefully some of that is water. I didn't exercise last week either. Why do I do this to myself? I don't know....moving forward! Anyway, back to square one. Got back on plan yesterday and today is looking pretty good too.

No change for me this week - holding at 170. : I was really wanting just .5 so I could see that middle digit change. Ah well, next week!

Congrats to everyone on the holiday losses - well done!!

Kelli, I'm sure some of it's water. And good for you for getting back on track so quickly. That's a HUGE part of the battle. Got my fingers crossed for you for next week!

cheers!

Congrats to those who managed to lose . Hang in there if you gained or are on a plateau you'll soon be back on track!

I weighed in yesterday at 197.5 - down 1/2 a pound. I'm so glad to be off my one month long plateau . I won't change my tracker until I've lose at least another pound (I wish the tracker was in 1/2 lb. increments - every little bit counts). Hopefully I'll get close to my Christmas goal. I think I was being a bit optimistic though ! Next time I'll set a more reasonable goal so I won't be too down if I don't make it.

Default Finally!

Hello everyone! I feel I can finally post due to an achievement!! For the first time since my 2nd son was born (10 yrs ago) I am under 200 lbs... I FINALLY hit 190 lbs. I am striving to reach 150 by late spring/ end June. I am slowly beginning to feel as if I may have a chance of reaching my goal to join the military and meet my goal weight! Thanks for listening,
Marie
