No need to be shy here.We are all in the same boat and even when that boat seems to be sinking,no one judges or is critical. Many ,like myself, have started over many times but we keep trying and the support is helpful.Though I don't post a lot,I read many of the posts and these people are the best.
There are no dumb questions so ask anything you want and: someone will have an answer.
Some people on this sight have had tremendous weight loss and some like me struggle without always seeing the results we would like so there is room for you whatever situation you are in. Welcome and good luck.
