Well I was getting happy because I thought I would be down 2 pounds today. Because thats what the scale said yesterday. But of coarse not. I am only down 1 pound. Last nights dinner was at a party and I had no idea what was in the mixings. So I had small portions and no seconds, and no birthday cake. I little boy helped blow out the candles and he SPIT all over it!!!! That was enough for me to say NO thank you! I will have to imagine at every birthday that someone spit on it when they blow out the candles and I can stay away from all of them!

So good luck all and I will hopefully feel better soon and be able to blow off another few pounds!!!!! 3 more by Dec 1st would be nice!!!!

You are doing great Dani! I think I would pass on the cake too I am down 1 more lb this week. Shooting for 2 next week. Should meet my Thanksgiving goal a week or 2 late. ONEderland here I come Have a beautiful day everyone!
