breakfast: 1 egg over easy on WW bread (pts.)
lunch sirloin hamburger w/ketchup + plum
dinner: corn on cob and chicken breast (no skin) KFC
snack: sliver of brownie at friend's house and lots of tea
popcorn or fruit at home if I need it.
