Default I don't count net carbs

I haven't counted net carbs at all I have been only counting actual carbs because I don't want to risk eating more and finding out I stalled my weight loss. Is that okay? Does EVERYONE here only count net carbs? Someone told me to not pay attention to net carb labels because it was a "load of crap".

No no no!!! You need net carbs, veggies are high in carbs but they are high in fiber thus lower net carbs, but appear to be high in carbs.... If you keep on not counting net carbs you will be starving your body.

I have to count net carbs, otherwise I'd be eating all kind of crap candy bars and such and my body stalls out. If you're worried that you're at a stall, platueu, etc, try counting ALL your carbs and see if that helps
