I do free weights at home! It means I can wear as little as I want

and I don't have to pay a crummy gym membership just to throw some heavy bits of metal around!

She has workouts and all sorts of great advice! I tend to spend about 30 mins on weights, but it can vary, I'm sure the hardcore ladies who lift maybe do more!
