The only adjustment I would make is to add more fruit than what the diet (even Phase 3) allows. Maybe that's just because I'm a fruit-a-holic though.

I think the only fruit allowed in phase 2 is green apples? I can't remember exactly, but I think bananas are good (even though they have lots of sugar) for you, packed full of potassium!

I love SB foods, it's just hard for my family to eat that way so that's why we're off it right now. I still cook some of the recipes from time to time though... the sesame-ginger asparagus and lemon-cream sauce on salmon is delicious!
