Default It was the sign I needed

Hello to all....I have been lurking on this site for a couple of years...and never posted....I was reading over the Weight Watchers forum and I thought you know ...if I try this one more time....I bet I can make it work....so I read over the WW's forum...and I looked on the WW site to see if there was free registration.....and of course there wasnt....so when I got home....low and behold in the mail....there was a coupon from WW....for free registration... ....needless to say....this was the sign I needed that I can do this....this IS going to work for me...I'm GOING to make it work.....thanks so much for listening....I love this site...and I cant wait to ask questions and post my losses....Tonya

Tonya-Isn't it amazing when these things happen? When I thought I might join again I looked online to find a site and see how much it was going to cost and it was free registration. I just knew, like you, that it was a sign and hopped over to the closest meeting that day! It's your time!!! GO FOR IT GIRL!

Libbysmom....thanks so much for the optimistic thought...I need all the help I can get...lol....I go to my first meeting at 530 tonight...I so want to make this work....and this time I feel more determined.....

the meeting went very well..didnt think i was going to make it...i lost my keys to my truck...thank god...my hubby brought the spare to my work for me to get there....it seems very simple...ive done it before....but didnt stick with it...i am kinda hungry so far today....i am given 26 points...which ive used 2 for oatmeal...1 for a pear...and i just ate a 1/2 bagel with 1 tsp of low fat butter for 3 points....but what does a person eat for lunch...were going to a local sandwich shop....i need to try to find out what i can get the most food for my points...if that makes sense....any help would be greatly appreciated....

All that makes perfect sense...the key is to plan plan plan...sounds like you are doing great so far. I highly recommend writing everything down. I eat the Smart Ones and Lean Cuisine for lunch b/c then I know exactly how many pts are in it. When I stray...I mess up. WW is easy...you work it and it will work for you. This is my second time around and although I am losing slow...people are complimenting me daily. Feels so good. You are hanging out on a great site...lot's of very successful WW's here. Glad your meeting went well.
