not such good news...weighed in at 153 after being down to 150.5 last week. i'm crossing my fingers its water weight from TOM!

I weighed in at 133 on Friday, but I'm 135 today after a weekend of indulgence (my parents came to visit). I think it is probably water weight, we'll see in a couple days.

I started this week at 221. I am going to weigh again on Sunday. I weigh on Sunday so it makes me eat good through the weekend.

Talking New to the site

Default Long time, no weigh in!

I've been avoiding the scale, because when I came back to school (in September) I thought I was eating worse. This of course was bad because I needed the accountability! Anyways I've been working to lose it without the scale, so the number wouldn't freak me out. Today I woke up and just decided to weigh in. I came to school at 150 but figured I had gained *at least* 5, maybe 10, pounds. This morning: 146.6 lbs. I actually lost weight (which I thought has of recently). Woo hoo!

Talking Well, it's been a week!!!

This was my firt week back on my diet!! It was really hard to get back on track but I did it and I lost 3 pounds!!!! Pretty soon I will be under 200!!!! I can't wait.
