Default Another fun poll.....

What are the foods you can't live without that help keep you OP?

What foods are you eating now that you wouldn't have ever eaten before?

What is the hardest, hardest food you have had to give up to be on plan?

My can't live without LS V8, rf wheat thins, cottage cheese, sf jello and pudding...one diet pepsi a day....hmmm

I never would have drinken a diet pop for 100 bucks, low fat or fat free no way, tuna fish without bread??? (are you crazy - love it now cause its not worh two starches LOL)

My hardest food to give up is OLIVE GARDEN, I Love that place....at home the hardest is pretzels and pickles. I am a big time pickle freak (can even drink the juice.)

Okay now that you know what a geek I am (lol) looking forward to hearing from you all...

Have a OP day

Mrs. Beanie - Congrats on the 6 punkins. That's awesome. I hope to join you any day now...

I HAVE to have broccoli and coffee to stave off hunger. Whenever I don't have coffee, I go off plan.

I really can't say that there is a food now that I eat that I didn't eat before. I have a salad almost every day, whereas before I'd go MONTHS without a green salad.

Hardest food to give up? This one's a cinch: fettucine alfredo with prawns. NSV: We went to lunch at Castaldi's yesterday (I avoid that place like the plague) and I ordered the salmon salad, dressing on the side.

Wtg Carmen! Isn't it great to make "good" choices?

Thanks for noticing! I have no doubt you will join me before you know it!

Fettucine Alfredo that's what I loved at Olive Garden!! OMG

What are the foods you can't live without that help keep you OP?
• Gum
• Cucumbers and apple juice save me at the end of the day if I haven’t got my fruits and veggies in.
• I eat grapes on a daily basis and need my sugar free gum.
• If I need something in the middle of the night I turn to Icebreaker sours (they taste like candy and the stats say they have 0 everything, but to be safe I don’t have to many)
• Artificial sweetner
• I can’t believe its not butter spray
• Red wine vinegar

What foods are you eating now that you wouldn't have ever eaten before?
• Finally found a use for Melba toast…that was a miracle for me
• English muffins

What is the hardest, hardest food you have had to give up to be on plan?
• Fried Chicken wings
• Bread
• Pasta
• Potato chips

I'd have to say the food group that I eat now that I didn't use to eat much of - is FRUIT. And DAIRY. And I kill two with one meal . . if I didn't have yogurt - I wouldn't have a fruit, either. . .

Foods that help me stay OP:
*Reduced-fat peanut butter - at first I hated it because I thought it was too sweet, now I love it because it's sweet - go figure!
*Frozen dinners for late church nights - plus they incorporate foods I miss like spaghetti and pizza
*Fat Free vanilla cream for my tea

What I'm eating now that I hadn't eaten before:
Well, I had eaten melba toast a loooong time ago, but now it's back!

Hardest, hardest - nothing yet - remember my huge mess up on Wednesday?

Okay, mrsbeanie, here's a question for you...when you say you've been OP for 11 weeks, do you mean POP every day? If so, then I want to be you!! Also, if you don't mind me asking, which program are you on and do you do the Lites?

I have been on plan (0p)...not perfect on plan (pop) ...lol... if my on plan misleads anyone I am sorry. I have had slip-ups as I have mentioned in earlier posts, but this time I am not using them as excuses to quit. Like under my name this time I say one day at a time, I don't know what tomorrow will bring I just know that for today I PLAN to be POP, if I'm not i will be tomorrow!!!

I am on the red 1 and no I can't do lites I broke out in hives from them and then violently sick when I kept trying to eat them.

I get 2 1/2 p, 4v, 4f, 4s, 2d,

Andi -

You are a step down from me. My COD said there are 3 red plans Red, Red 1, and Red 2. When I started I was on Red 1, then when I couldn't do the lites they moved me to Red 2, after I lost 25 pds they moved me to Red 1.

Deets - They do say the closer to goal the harder it gets...i know that is of little comfort today struggling with TO! But I know you will get there soon!
