I just logged onto this site and am amazed how many Lifetime Losers are
here. I just have not had a lot of time to post on JC, so decided to come
here instead. It sounds like you all have been keeping in touch and
staying with the plan. I don't know too many on JC anymore, some of course
but more familiar ones here.
I went on Vacation and put on 4 pounds, and just have not been motivated to get back on the plan. I need a boost of some kind. The weather here
has been rainy (10 inches in 3 days) and so I was down. Hopefully I can
pick myself up and start again.
How do you put the little goal lines at the end of your threads. They are cute.

Good to see you here, there are still a few left from the orginal Lifetime Losers and some really nice new ladies....so just jump in and join us. You can lose that 4 lbs. quickly I bet when you are back on plan. Stay in close touch with this board and we will all help motivate you as much as possible.
At the top of the page go to User CP, open it and then the first one is EDIT Signature, you can go from there to get a cute signature.
Hi Gay! Glad to see you here! Yes there are a lot of LLRS still here. Dont worry too much about vacation pounds- I think a lot of ladies gain some on vacation and come back more determined to shed those ones!
Also the signature lines at the bottom are in the User CP option at the very top. I did mine so long ago all I know how to do is EDIT it for WI. I will work on it and post to you when I remember it again.
