OK, I am down another pound today...I think I like Monday WI better! I always seem to be down more....well, I won't officially count that and will add it to next Sun.

I need to scroll back and check what my begining weigh in was. Oops. But I "think" its no lbs lost. Think I am the same. I wi at 155- I will chaeck and post again.

Nope I am down a lb!!! Wow that was a surprise! YiPpEe! I confess I have not been very good Friday- Monday we had my family in from out of town and a lot of eating out and eating late. But I am back in action now.
