You didnt mention if you were doing Flex or Core?
Basically you can continue to eat with your family. You simply watch the portions and look up the points. You can easily add more fruits and veggies that you and the entire family like. The closer you come to learning the point value and eating with your family .the more likely you will be to be satisfied with the plan. No ones likes to make separate meals or cook two different meals. Weight Watchers is about LifeStyle changes...you will naturally find ways to reduce points in favorite foods and you dont even have to mention it to your "meat & potatoes" man!

(although it is hard not to "brag" about our recipe changes)
Start with your basic foods and look them up ahead of time. Plan so you can enjoy the main meal with your guys!
