I am here, not as often anymore, the kids seem to take over the computer in the evenings!!! We start ramadan fasting on tuesday or wednesday, and I guess I have been a bit depressed...I hate it till I get the first 2 or 3 days down then it is a great feeling...it is like a party every night for the whole month!!!

I will try to keep from eating everything in site when the sun goes down!!!!

I am still here...I am just quiet getting ready for Ramadan... We fast from first light (dawn) until sun set no food or water...then it is like a party every night!!!...I usually lose weight durring the month hope it will continue!!!...

Wendy, I am sorry you are feeling so down...maybe if you let out your feelings then we can help you feel better.

Hope all is going well for everyone!!!

Laurie I hope you feel better soon, miss you and Teri it is always good to see you post and hope your feeling stronger.

Wendy I hope you will try to stick to the JC plan, you can lose even without the exercise which you can't do right now. Keep reading....why don't you join the challenge, no exercise involved...maybe it would help motivate you??

Vicki glad to see you are still around also, this site is getting way to quiet.

Hope everyone will start posting more.

I went and purchased JC book last nite and have read just about all of it..and the hardest part I would think is from breakfast till lunch with the one snack in the middle....thats 6 hours without actually having food. In the afternoon I dont think that it will bother me...but gonna have a hard time at first with the mornings...

Janet: Not sure what you mean by 6 hours without food. Depending on how much you weigh, you can have as much as 400 calories for a snack. That's enough calories for a meal!

If you use your calories right, you can have satisfying snacks that will last until your next meal.

Just an observation...
