Default Thoroughly Core Thursday Menu, 9/29/05

Party's over!

B: english muffin (2 pts)
L: "Fantastic" Jumpin' Black Bean Soup; salad
S: small sandwich (1 pt)
D: no idea!!! Maybe one of those roasted chickens from the grocery w/ green beans and potatoes

A gloomy/rainy/blustery day here - wish I were still in bed!

Breakfast: 2 packs instant oatmeal w/ff french vanilla cream and sliced banana, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: LO whole wheat pasta w/vegetarian (soy) bolognese sauce
plum

Snack: sf/ff yogurt, apple

Dinner:??? Want to make my spaghetti squash - not sure what else?

Snack: decaf non fat cappuccino at Starbucks (while dd is dancing!)

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup applesauce cooked in

Lunch: Large spring mix salad with grilled chicken, tomato, cucumber, red onion, carrot, hard boiled egg, avocado, and FF honey dijon

Dinner: Mixed field greens salad, not sure about entree. I'm going to my favorite Italian restaurant that cooks Core. Jim's treat.....woo hoo!

Snack: Maybe nothing.....not sure.

a fabulous fall day in montana. okay, i'm not thoroughly core but here's my menu.

b--cheerios, ff milk, splenda, ranch dressing
l--chicken, green beans
s--2 of the 1 pt brownie bars
s--popcorn
d--ff pizza/bell pepper and onions and jalapenos

i had (or will have when i'm finished with this menu) 26 pts today.

LOL! Froufy, I didn't even see that part!

So Sandra, do you put the ranch dressing right on the cheerios, or dip each piece in it? Now I'm intrigued!
