I had the same deal with the same Jello...well, not the EXACT one, lol

...anyway, it's a formula that all the carbs, etc work out the calories and fitday says it should be 4 calories instead of 10.
You can just go with what fitday says OR you could add the Jello and then once it's on your food list you can enter 2.5 servings to make the cals 10. I know that may mess with your carbs, etc but it's not really what your counting.
Edit: I mean you're not counting anything but the calories...at least not like you are the calories.
