Me:
209.5, down .5 pounds from last week. I thought it was going to be a full pound, weighed an even 209 yesterday, but then had a mysterious weight gain this morning even though I stuck to my diet and exercise program. Ah well, fluctuations are just part of the fun!
Two days ago, I was 168.8.. so thats.. .2 in a week. haha
I didn't do too well last week. I was really blocked up (I'm a sick girl. lol) but today I'm 166.8 so I'm happy about that. I'll have to wait for next week's weigh-in.
Ya'll be praying I go past 166 haha. That's where I always stop up. Do any of you have weights like that?

Today I am 134...down 1 lb. from last week. This is a big deal for me because I have been stalled for a while at 135 lb. (and a little above) for quite a while. I cut my cal's a little and started exercising more. This last week, I have been reviewing workout DVDs (pilates, Denise Austin, etc.) that I want to commit to and fit into my schedule. My goal (as my signature says) is 120.
I weighed in this morning at 146. Down two pounds from last Monday - hooray!!
I decided to make my weigh-in day be Monday in order to help keep myself from overeating on the weekends. So far, it seems to be working!
