Default ??? re: additional 35 flex points ???

Am I "supposed" to eat all 35 every week or are they just there for "maybes" "oops" ?

Last week (my first week) I didn't use any ... I kind of forgot about them. This week I have used 8 total.

Just curious.

How does everyone "use" them ??

They are part of the program. An optional part and up to you how you use the though the majority of us lose better eating 2/3-all of them each week.

You can choose to eat none or some or all of them and still lose.

No they are not just for OOOPS.

I eat all of the each and every week and always have.

What I normally do is start with 5 a day and if I use them fine if not I roll them over to the next day. I tend to earn 3-5 APs a day so sometimes I use them on a day and sometimes I don't depending on hunger levels.

So there have been times that I have even eating 14-21 of them on the day before weigh in and still show a loss.

I just started getting comfortable with using my flex points recently. It started out as something for an "oops", but then it's like "hey, I'm hungry, this is what these are for!"--don't feel guilty about using them...

Usually I dont' use them, just when I feel the need. However, I'm experimenting a bit to see what combinations work well for me, as far as how many I use.
