Talking My (first) WW weigh-in ...


I've been on the program for 1 week. Here's the results.

Starting weight: 202

Weight lost: -6.6

Current weight: 195.4

Goal weight: 142


I know it won't be like that every week ... but it's a great start & I'm thrilled !! (and have more resolve to "do it")


now, back to your regular programming ...

Losing like I did, really added some motivation to my soul! I know if won't be like that everyweek but it's a great start ...

That is so awesome! My first weigh in was -1.8 lbs...you should be so proud of yourself!
