I am getting

with the service of JC website. They inconvenienced everybody by not having the facilities available during the daytime yesterday, and to-day when the site finally becomes available again, it loads terribly, whoever is their programmer don't appear to know his stuff, or don't check before he publishes his creation again. It loads in 'bits and pieces' - takes forever to be fully loaded, and now the chatroom simply will not appear at all - the last step of the process simply does not show up.
It gives me the feeling that maybe they care less about the customers than they let out! Thank goodness for this site - thanks again whoever it was who showed me the ropes here.... Love it.......
How about somebody else giving JC management a kick in the rear? I would like to stay a while longer, but it becomes quite hard to stomach.
I have already muttered several times... and get the usual reply: we are looking into it.
Maybe someone else will get better result?
