Angry JC website & chatroom, Aug. 31

I am getting with the service of JC website. They inconvenienced everybody by not having the facilities available during the daytime yesterday, and to-day when the site finally becomes available again, it loads terribly, whoever is their programmer don't appear to know his stuff, or don't check before he publishes his creation again. It loads in 'bits and pieces' - takes forever to be fully loaded, and now the chatroom simply will not appear at all - the last step of the process simply does not show up.
It gives me the feeling that maybe they care less about the customers than they let out! Thank goodness for this site - thanks again whoever it was who showed me the ropes here.... Love it.......
How about somebody else giving JC management a kick in the rear? I would like to stay a while longer, but it becomes quite hard to stomach.
I have already muttered several times... and get the usual reply: we are looking into it.
Maybe someone else will get better result?
Thanks guys,

I've been on the JC bulletin board and web site all day yesterday and today and haven't had a lick of trouble.

You might try calling the 800 number, though, and report your issues.

When ever the JC site does upgrades, this kind of stuff is typical. Alot of others left the site because of it.

Hi, I didn't have any trouble at all this afternoon, try it again and yes call the 800 #. I remember one time they upgraded the site and it was off for a day a few months ago.

It's an inconvience and they should probably do it a night....that would be a great suggestion for them. I would like to see the 8mm timer back myself.

Don't give up on them it should be running smoothly now. Phyllis

I've had no trouble yesterday. The site loaded quickly for me and not in bits and pieces like some experienced yesterday. I know things aren't always perfect but I prefer to give people a break. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff. When I see what's going on in the South, how can I complain about a web site upgrading their system and inconvenience me a little. It's all about perspective.

Okay all - this is my opinion. It doesnt matter what server or cable connection you have if you pay for a site it should work.

BUT!!!! If you have dial - up then it will load a lot slower and in bits. Thats why I now have cable modem connection. That can make the whole difference right there. I am not trying to make excuses for them I am just saying when I was having trouble with numerous sites it all seemed to go away when I switched to cable modem.

Good luck.

Yep, dial up is nothing compared to cable or DSL! That can make a world of a difference.
