Default August 31

I cheated this morning by going on the scales - can't wait till sunday .
Guess what, I am actually down a little already, so my 'new gameplan' seems to work: My 'eye-measure' is so pitiful, that I have resorted to use as plate for all meals the 'very small' plastic container that my low glycemic meals are packed in.
I will train my left hand as 'server hand' when visiting the chinese buffet line...... - see if that will help.....
Hope y'all will have a great day -
my prayers go South this morning

Cool

Yes, my prayers are south also....I think we need to really focus our energy and money (if we have any extra) to the hurricane victims....our church will be doing a fund raising for it...every little bit will help. They have lost everything!! Everyone here in Florida are so very grateful....and want to help so badly. Our state is really stepping up with relief ... right now I am proud to live in Florida!!!

I am very consumed with our dear friend having had a major heart attack and having quadrupile heart bypass in the next day or two. Helping his wife and family, making phone calls, etc. I haven't been able to exercise but tyring to stay OP. This will be a rough week for the diet.

Between the hurricane and our friend I am getting quite depressed but I am going to do my treadmill right now and get moving as I am home today. Determined to lose this weight as I don't want the next one in the hospital to be ME, especially since I have already had a single heart by-pass!

So getting this body in motion today, off my couch potato butt , I certainly don't want you all getting that whip out after me!!!

Good morning, everyone!

MaGreta -- good for you! My hand-eye is pitiful too! I need to be fairly strict with myself!!

I think my gameplan is also working. I finally actually wrote down exactly what I was going to eat for each meal of the week. I created the menu based on what I know will fill me up and still remain OP. I peeked at the scale and I am down another pound!!!!! That means I am down 2 pounds since last Sun weigh in!! I hope it stays.....

Well I have not peekes- I dont want to. I havnt started my "new' commitement yet. I wanted to start last Sunday and just
procrastinated it. So I have begun a chart that starts on Sept 1 and it has a section everyday to check mark for water intake, exercise, and OP. and if I get so many I will buy a new outfit on Sept 30. And then I already have next months lines out too al the way to December. hopefully this incentive program will work for me. I want to lose 9 #'s each month. And I will hit goal for New Years! Now thats something to celebrate! So wish me luck I start tomorrow and Im already craving chocolate and snucks today. I think its all in my head though
