I love having those 100 cal. snack packs and a piece of string cheese.
I know that is not very original, but it works for me!

Laurie - especially now, I find that a protein snack is the best for me and the only thing that holds me over. I have been eating string cheese and a few crackers to get to my 100 calories. I also might eat a yogurt - that really helps. If I just eat crackers or a cookie I am starving an hour later. I also feel that going through Chemo -protein is the way for me to go right now.

I go for the snack packs too. Or if I want to change it up I will pull out a bag a chips and pull out as many chips equal 100 cals and eat that for a snack. I also like Lit and Fit yogurt - but they do not fill up, I load up on H2O between meals. It sometimes feels like 6 hrs between meals. LOL!
