Phase 1, plain yogurt with splenda and vanilla
Phase 2, plain yogurt with splenda, fruit and vanilla
Carrot and celery sticks and cherry tomatoes
deli sliced low fat lunch meats
low fat triscuits
nuts, almonds, peanuts, cashews etc.
whole wheat mini bagels with ff cream cheese
rye bread with turkey, cheese and pickles
pickles, peppercinis, green or black olives
apples
if you bring chicken breast from home, in a cooler, you can make chicken salad sandwhiches or put chicken on your choice of bread or crackers
I'm sure I can think of more...I'll keep trying!!!
