Default What's for dinner tonight?

So what's everyone having for dinner tonight?!?!?

We had something quick due to football.

I had 1 hotdog on a FF wheat bun and 1 banana with my evil addiction, that diet coke!

Garlic & Soy Grilled Pork Chops (SBD recipe)
Steamed Brocolli
Steamed Fresh Green Beans (yes, 2 veggies so far)
mashed potatoes (1/2 cup)
Salad (lettuce, cheese, french dressing) (I already ate it)
diet coke

I am still reading my book... so I am not sure about the above foods. But I read earlier on the other JC board from this morning that nothing is banished from JC's diet. So I am just going to watch my portion sizes till I finish reading the book.

4 ounce (or so) hamburger patty (cooked at home) w/ a handful of homemade fries - and, yup, a diet coke! LOL

For lunch I had a big yummy salad with vinagraite (sp), lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, tuna, egg.

Shanna that sounds yummy! I will have to check out that recipe. It was in the 3HD book right? Or is there another book I don't know about? Every diet seems to have a thousand books to go with the plan lol.
