Talking Weekly Food Log 8/15-8/21

Ok Because Now That I'm at South Beach Defcon Level 2
I need to pay attention to what goes in my gob (mouth)
Monday 8/15
Breakfast
2 HB eggs
2/3 of a large D&D Coffee Whole Milk
Snack
15 Walnuts

Lunch
Salad with Shredded RF Mozz
1 chicken breast
v8

Dinner
1/2 Spaghetti squash with Olive oil Spray Garlic & Parmesan cheese
1 Chicken Breast Sauteed with OO Spray garlic Herbs and Zuchini

Tuesday 8/16
Breakfast/snack (it took me 4 hours to eat all of it)
2 hb eggs
1/2 cup of Fiber 1
2/3 large coffee Whole Milk

Lunch
v8
Salad
1/2 chicken breast
1 cup 3 bean salad
String Cheese

Snack* if i have room
Walnuts

Dinner
boneless Porkchops
Broccoli
maybe with Soy sauce and garlic?
or something with Ground Turkey

Hey KO...I did South Beach and loved it...Your doing awsome as well

I am on Body For Life (again) so I need to log in my food to keep me going, so here is my day one...

7:00 am 2 eggs and 1 slice ww bread
9:30 am 1 ff yogurt and 1 oz lowfat cheddar cheese
11:40 am egg salad on 1 slice ww bread and tomato
1:45 pm 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a small banana
4:30 pm 3 oz round steak and 1 small baked potato with okra
6:30 pm ff yogurt and 1 oz lowfat cheddar cheese

Lower body exercises and weights

WE can Do it! I heard Great things about BFL
Breakfast
V8
2 HB eggs
1/2 cup of Fiber 1 ( i think they changed the recipe b/c it tastes better)
2/3 a large iced coffee with whole milk (Next week I'm going for 2 or 1 %)
Snack
Walnuts
Lunch
1 cup 3 bean salad
and 1.5 cups salad (a sandwich sized ziplock holds a cup and a half)
String Cheese
Snack if i need it
Walnuts
Dinner London Broil and Broc
Dessert
SF Strawb Jello with whipped cream!

4:00 pm BFL chicken parmesan
6:00 pm 2 boiled eggs and ff yogurt

and 30 minutes of cardio...Tea- Bo

2:00 pm- 1/2 cup cottage cheese and ff yogurt
4:30 pm- beef patty and 1 boiled potatoe and okra
6:30 pm- lowfat cheddar and grapes
