Hi everyone, I'm new to the beach but unfortunately not to dieting. I'm on day 8 and loving this WOE. So far I've lost 10 lbs. I know it's all water but I really don't care I'd love to find a buddy to chat with. I've already had a great time on this board just from lurking.

Welcome everyone! I'm very new too. Only been on the Beach for 2 weeks or so. Still not even tan yet... or skinny but we're all getting there one pound at a time. Sadly, I didn't eat well this weekend, had a major stress induce slip back. I'm SOOO afraid to step on a scale. I'm pretty sure I'm even higher than what my Weight Tracker says. I would sure hate to have to add pounds back on to it. But I know I'm in great company here. Good solid advice. See you guys around the Beach!
Thanks all for the warm welcome. My DH said today he could tell I'd lost some weight, amazing how good someone noticing makes ya feel. Especially someone who sees ya everyday
hi all-I'm 1 week into this and I feel better already. I am so psyched to have found this place and know I'm not alone. Actually, my boyfriend is doing it with me and we've promised ourselves a nice reward when we've reached our goals. We're still deciding on a beach, but it's going to be somewhere I can show off my new body! I hope to make alot of friends here. Good luck to all and congrats to those of you who are doing so well!
