Question Has Anyone Felt This Hungry On WW?

Hi guys. I am struggling with feeling hungry lately. I weigh 153. I and 5' 6''. I want to weigh 140. I have been on WW for ten days. First weigh in, lost 2.2 pounds. Today though, I have been incredibly hungry! I know that I can deduct three activity points from my food through exercise. So, every day I do forty minutes of cardio and twenty minutes of weight training. I also use my bonus points as well. Still at the rate I am going, I am going to be finished with my bonus points before the week is up. Has anyone else gone through this? If I go over, will I still show a loss?

I can only speak for myself on going over points and seeing a the scale move up. It can happen if you go over points. I think you need to look at what your eating. Maybe you need more fiber. That helps a person fill up and also don't forget your water. (another filler) I'm on weight watcher pure points it's a computer program. I got it as a gift from a friend and just started to use it. (well actually last year) I just restarted it I lost 40lbs with it only to gain 16 back when I thought a treat here and there won't matter. Well it does and it may not show up this week but it will at some point in time. So try to stay in your points. They are there for a reason.

I agree. Look at what you're eating. Bulk up your meals with vegetables. Eat fruit for snacks. When you have a small snack, have a glass of milk with it...this always helps fill me up. And definitely try to eat more high fiber foods. Cereals, whole grain breads, fruits with skins like apples.
I know WW tells us we can eat anything we want, as long as we stay within points. But in the time I've been OP, I've figured out that if I eat with health in mind, I feel better and I lose weight better. Good luck!

No I can honestly say I have never been hungry on W/W.

What are you eating? Utilize more whole foods and less processed or simple carbs.

Are you following the 8 Great Health Guidelines? Ensuring you get in your 2 dairy (3 if a teen or over 50) and your 2 healthy fats a day? Getting in enough protein?
