Default I'm New - I have a question...

I've been looking into a variety of diets. I tried WW with little success, the GI diet with a bit more success - my main issue seems to be staying on the diet, when I'm on it, I do pretty well.

I've been reading a fair bit about Jorge Cruise, and I wanted to get your opinions on whether it would be more worth while to buy the 3 Hour book, along with an 8 Minute book, or maybe to just join the website - I can't justify both financially.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Unless you have the patience to wade through the website to find what you need, I recommend the book(s). They are very helpful and easily laid out for you. I like the 8mm books better, although the 3 hour diet goes more into detail about the food, so both is a great combo!!

Just my opinion...

My advice would be to buy the book & then come & hang out here with us. Most of us were on the JC website & moved over here bc all we were doing was chatting with each other.

Which plan do you all think is better?

I've had a very fit friend try and convince me that I should be eating 5 times a day for a long time (geez, this is just going to prove him right isn't it:P). Is there a diet plan in 8 minutes as well? Which do you all prefer?

I have the 8MM Extra-Easy Weight Loss book and it does have the diet plan in there. I haven't read any of the others, but I've been thinking of buying the 3-hour diet as an additional supplement. This is only my 2nd week on the program and I love it. I have so much more energy than before.

If you can, go to the library or book store and glance at each of the books...purchase the one that you think makes more sense to you. The reason I got the 8mm book is because it was the only one in the store and I didn't feel like going to another store to get it.....nor did I want to wait! :-)

Hi and welcome.

I agree buy the books....the 8mm is exercise moves not a diet.

I am still at the website but will cancel this week....This group here is very active and very helpful.

Read the 3 hr. diet book, it will answer almost all of your questions and we are here for you.

The 8 minute moves (mm) is about exercise. The 3-hr-diet is a way of eating.

I ordered mine at Amazon and got great deals!! I think one was used, but you'd never know it. You can also try half.com.
