I got the photos back from Avalon. Sunday I hope to take Luz (Little Sister) scrapping. I'm going to make a small scrapbook for Selekie (Donald's Aid) that he can send back to his wife in Guinea.

Well woke up to another wet soggy day here in NC. Stepped on the scale thins morning and up 2, which makes no since yesterday I was down 1. UGH! HOw frustrating!

OK we have football practice bright and early this morning so Ive got to go start breakfast!

What's everyone up to this weekend? Are you looking forward to weigh in or dreading it?

I'm babysitting my next door neighbor's 20 month old daughter this morning while she takes her older child to her first swim lesson. Then I have a homecare patient to see in the afternoon. Hopefully when I get home I'll do a little much needed weeding!

I am not looking forward to weigh in. I think I only had one totally OP day this whole week. Could be 2 OP days, if I mind today! . I need to get my motivation and focus back for real to finish up these last 16 pounds.

Well, today I am still up the lb. so I guess tomorrow will be bad news

I ate some pretzels later in the eve. last night, not a lot but the SALT. That is one of my main problems....SALT and butter. I love them both and I have really been trying to watch them but I was craving the salt last night.

Other than that and the Chinese food (which I won't do again soon) I have really been on plan all week....this is new for me because I am usually off plan most of the time. My blood sugar this past week has been really good so I know that being OP is really helping it not yoyo everyday.

I will be going to work Monday (finally) for a couple of hrs. The Shingles are really calming down and the headaches seem to be less and I can control with 1 Aleve about 3 times a day. So I am about off the pain meds.

Still too hot here to do anything outside but I have started walking my Doberman just a short short walk, I miss that. He is so happy that I am taking him out even for the short time and getting back to the routine.....he almost smiles

I am up 3 pounds. So its a little bummer. But TOM is somewhere close so hopefully when he leaves I will be back down some, but not by Sunday. Thats okay though I have a new fresh week ahead of me.
