Don't forget guys that we have the member gallery up top and if you click on that and then click on JOrge Cruise, we can put our own photos in there. All you newbies put a before picture in there so we watch the progress you make!

That is a great idea Laurie-I will post my pics this weekend-my trainer had me take a picture in a swimsuit for my before-I will post that as long as you all don't laugh at me...nah I know you won't laugh...then hopefully by Oct. I will be able to submit another one that looks much better!!

Ok-I got one picture up on the Member Gallery of me and hubby..but all of the rest they say are too big and so is the pic I was going to use as my avatar. Anyone know how to shrink them??

I'll pass on what I've been told, but has not worked for me -

Go to the picture you want to edit on your computer, right click the picture, click on *Open With*, then slide over and click on *Paint*

Paint pulls the picture up, the picture probably looks extremely big, and you can probably only see about 1/4th of it cause its so big, Then click on *IMAGE* ...............then click on *stretch/skew*, then alittle box comes up with 2 boxes in it, in the 1st set of Horizontal and Vertical boxes type in 10 in both of the top 2 boxes...................then click OK, this will make the picture 10% of the size you originally had it, then click on File, then Save AS, then type in a file name to rename the new picture you created. REMEMBER THE NAME SO YOU CAN UPLOAD IT!! Then you come here and follow the instructions to upload your own picture here. The size of the new picture should be small enough to be uploaded.
