Hi all! My daughter and I joined WW 10 days ago and we have been using the recipes that you have which are fabulous. We both feel like we are eating like queens!
I began gaining weight when I became sick because I was overdosed by my doctor and my 8 yo I let eat to her hearts delight. I totally blame myself for her weight gain.
Anyway, at our last weigh in she lost 1-1/2 lbs and I very proud of her!
I hope I can contribute to the board!

hi all I am new to the boards I am doing wwer's on my own. And so far it works when I can stick to the program. I am glade I joined these boards as it looks like I can get alot of good support and ideas from here.

My daughter is great and then the following week my best friend joined up! So I can talk to her about recipes and points. We decided to use the Flex plan because it seems easier to me.
My friend had lost a lot of weight previously using this type of plan, that's why we decided to use it! I honestly believe I am eating like a Queen now that I have found this site and others. My husband is actually liking the taste of the food. (Wish he would stop eating 4 Little Debbie's ssnacks a night though)

isnt it great? i love having my sis there for me it really does make all the diff. shes been great this week...shes been keeping me in line so i wouldnt fall off bc im depressed over the fact i havent worked out since mon night bc i injured my back and left knee. i think tomm's wi will not be a good one but am really trying to hang in. i think if not for her and my leader whom i had a private talk w last night i think i already wouldve fallen

Hello everyone. I am also new to the forum, and new to WW. I have been looking at some of the posts for a few days, and everyone seems so friendly and helpful. My sister and friend have been on WW for over a year,and I finally stopped making excuses and signed up. I am so happy that I did.

Hi guys. I thought that I would crow that I lost a 1.6 pounds this week. Yay!! I was relieved because I had some snacks that were not fatty, or totally unhealthy, but they were high in points and I was worried that I would not show a loss this week. Thank god for exercising.
