WW Food and Point Issues ...other than recipes

Default is this right?

0 pts for half a cup of Hunt's No Sugar Added spaghetti sauce?

the nutrition info is:

calories: 45
fat grams: 1
fiber grams: 3

by my calculations this is 0 pt.....but should I count it as such?

It even tastes good! just add a little garlic and itailian seasoning and Yum!

Look at the ingredients if you see no fats and no added sugars (which is what it says) yes it would be just like tomato sauce and no points.

wow, this is great to know. I'm starting WW Thursday, and I can't wait. I can see that I will be able to assimilate to this type of lifestyle rather easily.

I see from dakota's signature, that WW is effective!

Hi! Im on points too, I think its probably the most "do-able" plan Iv come across. Iv lost 7.5 lbs in 12 days, so im happy with that. Is anyone else having a hard time eating all the points your supposed to have? Im supposed to have no more then 33 and Im hard pressed to get up to 26. However I do know who to remedy that.....a reg pkg of m&m plain is only 5 points...he he, ok ok I only did that once. But in a way that is good to know, cuz lets face it, sometimes you just have to have chocolate. That's what I mean about it being do able, you can have just about anything you want if you plan for it.
