Ok we have all had a taste of losing weight. A lb here and a lb there, so come and tell us your inner most feelings on how you feel when you see that scale reflect a release. How do you feel personally about yourself? Losing weight reflects positively on the inside and howside and that really makes us feel good. And it also makes us want to try harder and harder. So come out come out where ever you are and tell us all how YOU feel when that scale reflects a loss!!
WONDERFUL......ENCOURAGES ME TO CONTINUE. I agree, being in control of my eating and learning a new way for a lifetime is very exciting when you see those scales go down. Phyllis
I have to agree, I feel like I have accomplished a HUGE feat when I see a loss on the scale. I feel great about myself and my life in general. My mood is lifted and I have the motivation to do almost anything.
BUT....when it shows no loss..OMG, that is the worst I get very discouraged!!!!
That is when you should come here and talk with us, get some support from us and we will do everything we can to lift those spirits and help you get through what you are feeling. Do you have YIM? Alot of us have YIM and talk alot on it and it really helps to be able to reach out and talk to someone at an instant.
Please do not ever hesitate to come here and vent, complain, ask for support, help, information or even a shoulder to cry on. That is what we, as friends and a support team are here for! We all have a long journey to take and we can help each other get through it!
It feels wonderful.... but we still get of the plan sometime, for different reasons.
Yes we do need eachother for support. I need this connection, and i'm sure everyone does as well.
I see myself being skinny, but sice its so far, yes i can get discouraged, or there are circumstances which can withhold you from accomplish to stay on the plan for a day or for a week, but at the end, i allwas know that i'm responsible, and i know that i can come here for help, courage, and understanding wich helps me come back and contiue the plan.

When I lose weight I feel like I can take on the world. I feel so confident..its been a while since I have lost though...I feel like the weight will never come off... I will keep going though b/c I do not want to gain ...I want to feel the way I do when I lose and I want this to be the last time I go though this.
