Does everyone get Jorge's tips??? This one came in this morning and I thought I would post it. I can really relate because I am not patient AT ALL and, as a result, I get off plan. Anyway, here is the tip. Any comments??

Lots of times those who do not have patience, tend to get frustrated and end up quiting. So before you have patience, you need to find that determination and the determination will help you gain the patiences you need to travel this long journey!!
