Had a not great weekend and am really not looking forward to WI on Wed
No ones fault but my own but I did eat and drink off program for the most part but it was nice to get away for the weekend and forget the world for a couple of days camping at the lake

wouldn't say that it was a total binge but not a great OP Weekend !!!


This weekend DD and I are heading to Calgary to "The Greatest Show On Earth" for the rodeo, Stampede and Tim McGraw/George Canyon concert

Definately have to make a few better food and drink choices!!!!

Looking forward to the weekend- I haven't been to the Stampede for 38 yrs and DD and I are going with my younger crazier sister. (any reports of 3 women in jail - IT WAS ALL HER FAULT - SHE IS THE CRAZY ONE IN THE FAMILY!!!!!!)

1) not bad, just not good. Use it as a learning experience and move on.
2) can I go to the Stampede with you. BTW George Canyon puts on a decent show.
