Jorge talks about the wonders of Flax oil as a preferred fat so don't forget to use your flax oil or your caps as your fat with eat meal!!!!

It does wonders for the flab and appetitie!!

I purchase my flax caps at GNC. I'm sure you can get them at any health food store and also The Vitamin Shoppe. Also you can order them through Jorge web site at: http://www.3hourdiet.net/

I don't do the JC plan but I do take flax in the form of ground flax, I add it to my cereals and salads. I buy it already ground and keep it in the freezer because it can easily go rancid... I also take Udo's Choice Oil Blend which is a mixture of oils from fresh, certified organic flax, sesame and sunflower seeds, as well as oils from wheat germ, rice germ and oat germ. I get both products at GNC...
