Default Don't like it hot, hot, hot...

It's COOLED DOWN to about 93 degrees here in Texas, after the clouds started rolling in (we may be in store for one of those big ol' Southern thunderstorms)...and I'm burnin' up. I wanted something cold...so here's something I tried that I thought I'd suggest...I discovered sugar free kool-aid, and so today I threw some ice cubes and about 1/2 tsp of the kool aid powder in the blender...and bam! Lemon ice. I'm tempted to go get some of those cone cups and convince myself I'm eating a sugar free sno-cone.

Yum!! Sounds good. I just finished a "lemon cheesecake milkshake"!! Yummy! I was getting tired of the P1 chocolate shake so I used ff cottage cheese, 1% yogurt, soymilk and the juice of a lemon with ice in the blender. Very refreshing but as I was drinking it I realized that lemon juice may not be part of P1?? Does anyone know? Hopefully I haven't screwed something up since I've been so good lately! I guess the same thing would work with lemon koolaid mix. I'll have to try it!

Great idea! Thanks!

BTW, it's currently 104F here with the humidex. Can anyone beat that?
