Hi Leenie!

Good morning to you. We have a nephew of a friend (a pre-teen) coming over to play boardgames tonight...that should be fun! Tomorrow, we are having dinner at a friends. Hopefully we will do nothing at all on Sunday.

Goooooooooooooood Morning Gals!
Yes! I have plans Saturday night. A co-worker hosts a Garden Party in her yard every year to gaze at her Day Lily Garden. Everyone brings a dish! It will be my 2nd outing in 3 weeks. I am hoping to go for at least an hour and see co-workers! I will rest up al day to go! It is supposed to be 90 tomorrow! Yikes..I havent been outdoors for weeks!I may roast!

I cleaned up the kitchen and sliced a big watermelon this morning Ya-HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I am getting better!

I am going to a cooking demo at the River Market. Have you noticed that most of the good chefs really cook wholesome foods? I learn something everytime I go. Tomorrow at 9. Can't wait. Have a good one.

Well you all have a plan

Lets see, I get to leave work at 12 noon today, then its off to pick up my neice who's 5 1/2. She is sleeping over with my DD who's almost 4. This aught to be fun b/c the last time she tried to sleep over I wound up driving her home at 10 PM LOL. So we'll try again.

As for the rest of the weekend I have no plans but to clean and do laundry. Although Sunday DH said he wants to go to the CheeseCake Factory for lunch... lordy help me

Connie where do you live? what state? I've never been to a cooking demonstration, but it does sound like fun. Let us know what you've learned and ENJOY!!

Chris, enjoy your company tonight. I love board games and can't wait until DD is old enuf to play them (well yes I can, but you know what I mean).

CIN you go girlie, have a wonderful time at the garden party. Bring a fan to keep yourself cool and comfy.

Good morning everyone. I'm new here. I'm also kind of down today

Got lots done yesterday........had a lot of anxious energy as I listened to talk radio about the happenings in London. Heartbreaking.

It is a beautiful day and only 9 am here........so...........the day is young.

I work today and all weekend 3-11..........my fav shift in the ER.

DD13 cleaned her room for 11 hours yesterday organizing and sorting and throwing..........she watched her baby videos and got a real kick out of them....I am glad we did them.....I looked like "a teenager", and I "tucked in my shirt".well I was 70 lbs lighter and 13 years younger

Have a great weekend everyone......gonna hit the farmers market on saturday, other than that keep working on my scrapbooking and laundry

what's up? Is there a reason why you are down today, or is it just a bad day? I just had a really bad day yesterday, and it was one of those "mystery" days...I couldn't figure out why I was so down. Today is a little better, but still not up to par. I hope you feel better really soon. It sucks to be depressed.

I don't remember EVER spending 13 hours cleaning my room as a kid! My mom was lucky to get me to spend 30 minutes doing it! The farmers market sounds fun. I keep meaning to go to my neighborhood one, but it's during the week so I always forget.

I bet you are stuck with Shoots and Ladders and Candyland right now, huh? I used to love Candyland!

It sounds like you are going to have a great time at the cooking demonstration. There is a store that offers cooking classes around here, but I just don't have the money to spend on them...I bet they are fun, though.

Flying Monkeys… as much as curiosity is getting to me, I’ll keep the monkeys at bay.

Leenie – HERE I AM HERE I AM!

As for plans for this weekend… I will be attending my sisters engagement party on Saturday Morning. Then I have a friends graduation party to attend that Saturday Night. Then Sunday…. I will be working on a physics experiment. Doing research and getting ideas on what I want to do. Somewhere between all that I have to really catch up on my calculus and then study for an exam I have on Tuesday. OY! Never enough time in the day to get everything done…for sure.

The hard part is I have family here from Ohio that I haven’t seen in two years and I really want to spend time with them but I wanted to graduate on time so I took summer school and so it was catch 22. Can’t wait for August 1st. I’ll take my finals, and then go take a mini “me” vacation and just pamper myself. At least I hope. We still gotta do the backyard which that will take a while.

Oh which reminds me… they are going to start excavating the side yard for my driveway on the 16th. Looking forward to that… cause I wont be doing the digging this time

I mentioned yesterday that I was hoping to go to the gym. However, I forgot we had a make up game we had to do for my bowling league. We have two weeks to make up and Today (Friday) would be our last day to do it or we forfeit. Since we have actual league tonight, we decided to do it yesterday. So I tried it out to see how my foot would react and everything went well… I just didn’t push off as hard with my foot like I usually do. But I bowled well and the foot didn’t bother me too much. Today I am icing it up and taking my ibuprofen that was prescribed for me and then I hope I’ll be okie for league tonight.

I need a few more hours in my day. Can I borrow a few from someone?
