So this is a relatively minor victory, but I hit 154 today. What is significant about 154 you ask? It was my weight the first time I tried to start losing (well a 1/2 pound under actually)...but I gave up that time and gained it back plus some. It just feels good to be rid of the "plus some". Very, very good! And now we continue on, dropping the rest of the pounds that showed up uninvited over the past few years.
