Default I"M FINALLY A LOSER AGAIN!!

For almost 3 weeks now I have been stuck at 195. It sucked and I was getting SUPER frustrated because I was doing SO well before that. I tried EVERYTHING I could think of to get over my plateau but nothing worked. I scared myself a little because I started to have that all too familiar feeling that I was going to quit being healthy "because I'm not losing anything anyway" and go back to eating 2 horribly carby fat meals a day. Then I had a long talk with myself and decided that this time, instead of freaking out, I am going to just stick with my new "lifestyle" and see what happens. Even if I'm not losing weight, at least I am taking much better care of myself and I feel better than I ever have in my life and THAT is what is important!! I kept exercising everyday and eating my mini 5-6 meals a day and not seeing the scale move. AND THEN YESTERDAY I GOT ON THE SCALE AND IT SHOWED 192lbs!!! I almost fell off of the scale I was so happy. I didn't say anything to my husband and I didn't post here just in case it was a fluke but I got on again this morning and it was 192 AGAIN I am extremely happy and very proud of myself for not giving up!! So, for anyone else out there that is "stuck" and you know that you are doing everything you can...stay strong and stay positive. I think my body is realizing that it has no choice but to get healthy and smaller because I am treating it better than I ever have. I still have quite a way to go but I truly believe that through all of this, my body is becoming my new best friend...and I LOVE HER!!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ON THIS SITE FOR EVERYTHING YOU POST BECAUSE AT ONE POINT OR ANOTHER YOU HAVE HELPED SOMEONE JUST BY SHARING AND LETTING US ALL KNOW THAT WE ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS!!

Default I can't tell you how much your post means to me...

Hi leannealise,

I just wanted to say that I could have written that post myself, it sounded so much like me...well, all the post EXCEPT the part that sticks with it! I was losing weight until I suddenly stopped it and instead of sticking it out, I gave up, stopped exercising and eating right...back to eating too much fat and refined carbs. Your post gives me hope and more determination. It helped so much to read it! So, thanks for sharing.
