Thumbs up Wanting to start fresh
I was ready to try something new - went over to the SB Diet board and got all of the info...then I came here and realized this is what has worked for me in the past and it is what will work for me again. I won't be able to stick to anything else. I can have anything I want on this plan--in moderation--and that's what I need. So I am here to start again! I CAN do this! WE CAN do this! Thanks guys!

This is a great place, I've been on for a couple of weeks and 'offically' started WW last monday!

Welcome and Hello!

You will find that the SB is very similar to the Core plan on WW...

I tried SB a year or so ago and just found that it got boring and I didn't do well with giving up anything. With all the different diets I've tried....I always come back to WW

Thanks Ladies! I'm looking forward to getting back in the groove of WW! I am starting officially tomorrow in the am. Yes, I have kinda been pigging out today knowing tomorrow is the day, but I know I can really do it this time with the support of this site! I am looking forward to getting to know all of you. Thanks for the support!
