hi everyone
i was here about a month ago but didnt get to know anyone cuz i went out on the road with hubby but im back proberly for the summer. i did sb last spring and lost over45lbs and looked foward to being a size 12 this summer...instead i am back up to an 18. i know it works but i got i was eating the same things everyday and i guess i got bored and then i got depressed and feel back into my old eating habits and when i found this site i thought maybe meeting others doing the same thing would help so here i am again hoping to at least end the summer with a good size wieght loss.

Hi mama, welcome back! I know how you feel... I was at goal, exercising and strength training.. thought I really changed my habits...then I had some bad things happen,and ended up right back where I started...You're not alone!!!!
Welcome back mama! I totally know how you feel. I lost 18lbs the first time I did SB and was looking forward to a slim summer. I've had to adjust my goal to be for vacation in October.
