Kathy - don't sweat the egg mcmuffin - just the slice of cheese and muffin are non-core - otherwise not such a bad choice - and I find them to be very filling and full of protein.

Breakfast: 1 packet plain instant oatmeal, splash of sf vanilla syrup, decaf w/light cream

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: LO: mixture of tabouleh/coucous/chickpea salad w/leftover cold asparaus and cold leftover salmon - very delish!
Fresh pineapple and strawberries

Dinner: not sure? either beef stir fry or turkey scallopini - but dd dances from 6:30 - 8 pm so if dh is out I might take little guy to Wendy's for dinner - where I will have the mediterranean chicken salad.

Trying to drink water today - but finding it hard.

Exercise: 30 min walk at lunch - around 3.3 mph.
