when did you start? The first 15 practically fell off in the beginning for me but mostly because I cut out all of the caffeine and started drinking around 5 33oz bottles of water a day. Don't stress, we all lose weight differently

it took me a while to get going. but I wan't really commited 100%. It was about 4 months to lose 12 pounds. but then I really got on track, journaled all my food, worked out hard at least 4 times a week, and made good choices. Now in the past 3 weeks, I've lost 8 pounds takeing me over the 20 pound mark.
so it can be slow and hard but I figured, at least I wasn't gaining so its still a win inmy book.

I lost some initially but it's been VERY slow going. I've lost around 6 pounds since March 22nd. Everyone's bodies are different and it sometimes takes your body awhile to adjust to the new routine. Take your measurements and see if you see any results there in the next couple of weeks!

I found that mine started off slow and then speeded up. My theory is that because the main change in my lifestyle was increasing the amount of exercise I do rather than my diet (I have improved that, but it wasn't horrendous before), it took me a while to get fit enough to really be able to burn off those calories. Also, now I try to find a way to improve my diet every week so over time as that's improving it's helping my weight loss too. Because I've built it up a bit at a time it wasn't too impressive at first, but if you stick at it it can be.

Mine goes in spurts. I lose about 2-5 pounds then plateau for at least a month then lose another chunk. Like Amber said everyone is different in the way they lose, and also depends on how you are losing the weight, diet/excercise.

For me, the first five came off pretty easily. Unfortunately, I've only lost 1 more pound the past couple weeks.

My weight came off pretty quickly in the beginning, but since January or so I've been just like skinnyjeans -- I lose a few pounds, plateau for a month, lose a few more, etc.
