I've never done this before (started a new thread) and I hope it's okay. But I was wondering where all the TOPS people are. Hello lo lo lo lo?
Despite one of my best weeks (I thought) I managed to gain 2.5 pounds on my Monday weigh in. This really shocked and then depressed me. I'd done a ten mile bike ride AND three miles on my dreadmill Sunday. That's the most I've ever done on that torture device. There's no motor, so it's a hard walk. And I'd done good with food and water, but gained. And people telling me it's muscle, certainly doesn't make me feel better.

I did go on a mini "feeling sorry for myself" binge, but Tuesday morning I shook it off and started fresh! I'm doing great so far. I just completed an 8 minute Tae Bo work out. Very tough, but here I am, still breathing!
I hope you're all doing okay. And I hope it's okay that I started the thread today. Hang in there..... the week end is on it's way!
