Thumbs up Oprah Show Thursday
Just thought I'd let everyone know that on Thursday Oprah is having another weightloss show, I love those shows I find them very motivating...

I was just about to notify everyone about Oprah's show tomorrow, unfortunately I will not be able to see it but I will tape it. I see that she shows her bare muscular abs!

Has anyone seen the Making the Connections video with her and Bob Green? It's pretty old but I pop it in when I start to feel like I am not going to lose the weight.

I set my alarm clock for 4pm because I always forget these things, lol.

Good idea, Mocha, I've not watched that tape in a long time! The first time I saw it, my sisters came over and we watched it together, over salads and tears! It was very inspirational.

How exciting!! (Perhaps an omen that it's the same day I'm inspired to start my weight loss?)

I just love Oprah, so I'm excited for this show! (I rarely watch her unfortunately!)
